OFF2TURKEY INC. (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as a medical tourism facilitator, assisting clients (“you,” “your,” “the client”) in arranging medical treatments, travel, accommodations, and related services in Turkey.

By using our website, booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Nature of Services

OFF2TURKEY INC. is not a medical provider or clinic. We do not perform medical procedures or offer medical advice.
Our role is to facilitate and coordinate your medical journey by connecting you with licensed medical professionals and accredited clinics in Turkey.

Our services may include:

  • Recommending verified hospitals, clinics, and doctors

  • Arranging appointments and medical consultations

  • Coordinating travel logistics, including VIP transfers and accommodations

  • Providing general information and ongoing client support

All medical procedures are performed solely by the chosen medical provider under their responsibility and professional standards.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your medical history and current health condition.

  • Obtain any necessary medical clearance from your primary physician before traveling.

  • Understand that final medical decisions are made by the treating doctor or clinic.

  • Follow the medical advice and post-operative instructions given by your doctor.

  • Possess valid travel documents, including a passport and any required visas.

Failure to provide accurate information or follow medical advice may affect your treatment outcome, for which OFF2TURKEY INC. holds no liability.

4. Medical Disclaimer

  • OFF2TURKEY INC. does not guarantee medical results or outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for any complications, side effects, dissatisfaction, or medical negligence that may occur before, during, or after your procedure.

  • All medical risks should be discussed directly with your chosen doctor or clinic.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you understand and consent to the treatment plan before proceeding.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • Prices quoted by OFF2TURKEY INC. are based on the information provided by the partner clinics and may vary depending on your medical needs, test results, or doctor assessment.

  • Payment terms and methods will be clearly outlined in your booking agreement.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Any remaining balance is typically paid directly to the clinic upon arrival unless otherwise specified.

  • All prices are in [EUR, USD, CAD] unless stated otherwise.

OFF2TURKEY INC. reserves the right to update or adjust pricing due to currency changes, clinic revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your booking and the policies of the partner clinic.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if services such as appointments, transfers, or accommodations have already been arranged.

  • If you cancel your trip due to medical or personal reasons, we will make every effort to negotiate partial refunds where possible.

  • OFF2TURKEY INC. does not provide refunds for changes of mind, treatment dissatisfaction, or post-procedure complications.

7. Travel and Accommodation

OFF2TURKEY INC. may assist with hotel bookings, airport transfers, and travel logistics through verified third-party vendors.
We ensure comfort and safety but are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by airlines, hotels, or transfer companies.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering unforeseen events, complications, or cancellations.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • OFF2TURKEY INC., its employees, or partners shall not be held responsible for medical outcomes, financial loss, injuries, or emotional distress arising from treatments or travel.

  • Our responsibility is limited to facilitation and coordination services only.

  • You agree to release OFF2TURKEY INC. from any liability related to medical negligence, malpractice, or dissatisfaction with medical results.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data.
All personal and medical information shared with OFF2TURKEY INC. is treated as confidential and handled as such.

We only share your data with medical providers and service partners directly involved in your care and travel arrangements.

10. Partner Clinics and Providers

We carefully vet our partner clinics and doctors to ensure they meet high standards of safety, ethics, and accreditation.
However, OFF2TURKEY INC. cannot guarantee their actions or performance.
Each medical provider operates independently and is solely responsible for the medical care provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada (Province of Manitoba) and applicable international laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Province of Manitoba.

12. Amendments

OFF2TURKEY INC. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will take effect upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any updates.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
