TERMS AND CONDITONS

1. Nature of Services
OFF2TURKEY INC. (“OFF2TURKEY,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides non-medical, non-clinical administrative facilitation and concierge services in connection with international medical travel. OFF2TURKEY INC.’s services are limited to logistical coordination, administrative support, and information exchange with independent third-party service providers.

OFF2TURKEY INC. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services of any kind.

2. Provider Vetting and Good-Faith Verification Efforts
As part of its facilitation services, OFF2TURKEY INC. undertakes commercially reasonable, good-faith administrative efforts to identify and coordinate with healthcare providers in Türkiye that represent themselves as meeting applicable regulatory and professional standards at the time of coordination.

Such efforts are administrative in nature and include:

  • Confirming that medical facilities hold valid licenses issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health at the time of verification;

  • Confirming that facilities report holding recognized international healthcare accreditations (e.g., JCI or TEMOS);

  • Confirming that physicians represent themselves as board-certified and registered with applicable medical authorities in Türkiye.

All verification activities are based on information reasonably available and provided by third parties. These activities do not constitute clinical oversight, quality assurance, or a guarantee of safety, performance, or outcomes.

3. Independent Medical Providers; No Endorsement
All medical services are provided exclusively by independent third-party hospitals, clinics, and physicians. OFF2TURKEY INC. does not own, operate, supervise, manage, or control any medical facility or healthcare professional. Any reference to licensure or accreditation shall not be construed as an endorsement, warranty, or assurance of competence, quality of care, or medical results.

4. Not a Travel Agent or Insurer
OFF2TURKEY INC. is not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or insurance provider. We do not sell airfare or underwrite insurance policies.

  • Any assistance provided in arranging accommodations, ground transportation, or other ancillary services is performed solely as a logistical convenience as part of a concierge package.

  • All such services are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the respective third-party providers.

  • OFF2TURKEY INC. assumes no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or damages arising from travel-related services.

5. Recommendation for Medical Travel Insurance
OFF2TURKEY INC. strongly recommends that all clients purchase specialized medical tourism insurance. Standard travel insurance often excludes complications arising from elective medical procedures.

  • A specialized policy can provide coverage for medical complications, emergency medical evacuation, and trip cancellations specific to medical travel.

  • While OFF2TURKEY INC. is not an insurer, we can provide you with access to information and facilitate connections with third-party providers who specialize in medical travel insurance.

  • It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure the policy meets their specific needs and to understand all exclusions.

 

6. Client Responsibility and Independent Decision-Making
The selection of any healthcare provider, medical facility, or specific treatment is made solely by the client in the exercise of their independent judgment. Clients are responsible for:

  • Conducting their own final due diligence on providers;

  • Seeking independent medical advice from their local primary physician;

  • Reviewing all risks and expected outcomes directly with the treating physician in Türkiye.

7. Medical Risk and Outcome Disclaimer
OFF2TURKEY INC. makes no representations or guarantees regarding medical outcomes, treatment success, or recovery timelines. All medical procedures involve inherent risks. Any complications or dissatisfaction arising from medical treatment are the exclusive responsibility of the treating healthcare provider.

 

8. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • OFF2TURKEY INC.’s liability is strictly limited to the administrative coordination services it directly provides;

  • OFF2TURKEY INC. shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, malpractice, or misconduct of any third-party healthcare provider, hospital, physician, hotel, airline, or transportation company;

  • The client expressly releases and holds harmless OFF2TURKEY INC., its officers, and directors from any claims or liabilities arising from services provided by independent third parties.

9. Fees and Payments
Fees paid to OFF2TURKEY INC. compensate the Company solely for its administrative coordination, vetting facilitation, and concierge services. Medical fees, surgical costs, and travel expenses are paid to independent third-party providers. OFF2TURKEY INC. does not guarantee the refund policies of third-party vendors.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Manitoba.

11. Acceptance and Acknowledgment
By engaging the services of OFF2TURKEY INC., the client acknowledges that:

  • OFF2TURKEY INC. is a facilitator/concierge, not a medical provider or travel agent;

  • All medical and travel services are provided by independent third parties;

  • Final responsibility for provider selection and medical decisions rests solely with the client.
